Australia's first dedicated fertility service for LGBTQI patients, Rainbow Fertility needed to strike the balance between the rational and emotional, explaining the challenges, and potential solutions, for gay, lesbian and transgender people hoping to build a family. We helped craft copy their website that explained some of these complex processes in accessible, relatable ways, using sensitive language, and when addressing a transgender audience, carefully worded copy that spoke to all possible combinations of individual/partner physiology and gender identity.
