The concept behind the brand is 'unity of opposites', where opposing forces unexpectedly complement each other. This pure, clear organic vodka is made from distilled Hunter Valley rainwater, and matched with a dark intensity of tart montmerency cherries. The name 'Black Dove' creates an evocative lead into this story, with an unexpected visual narrative, yet is simple to ask for in a noisy bar.
